iwdet Terms & Conditions and Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between iwdet and any player ("you" or "user") who accesses or uses the iwdet platform ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, opening an account, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not continue to use the Platform.

1.1 Purpose of the Platform

iwdet is an online betting platform built specifically for Myanmar players, offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Poker, and lottery games all in one place.

1.2 Changes to the Agreement

iwdet may amend these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continuing to use the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 or older to access the Platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any game. iwdet reserves the right to verify your age at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each user may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, the relevant accounts will be suspended and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration (name, contact details) must be accurate. Accounts found to have been opened with false information may be reviewed and suspended.

2.4 Account Security

You must keep your account login credentials (username and password) private and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify iwdet immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods

iwdet currently accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks, and this applies to all payment methods.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests will be transferred within 5–30 minutes after verification. Occasionally, bank or technical issues may cause delays. If the wait exceeds this window, please contact our support team.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

When processing withdrawal requests, iwdet has the right to perform identity verification (KYC) on the account holder. If verification is incomplete, iwdet may place the withdrawal on hold.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks.

• Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks to play with. Bonus amount 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks wagering must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example (2): Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 320,000 Ks. Bonus amount 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks wagering must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Once a welcome bonus has been credited to an account, winnings derived from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player (one IP address, one device, and one payment method).
• Because the bonus is added on top of the original deposit, withdrawals are restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.
• iwdet reserves the right to void any bonus it deems to have been obtained through abuse.

4.4 General Promotions

All bonuses and promotions have their own specific terms and conditions, which apply alongside this general policy. Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with this policy, the promotion's specific terms will take precedence.

The iwdet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players advance through the tiers based on their playing history and activity.

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Gold tier — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Cashback amounts are calculated once a week based on net wins and losses in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Cashback is credited as bonus funds and may carry wagering requirements, so please read the terms carefully before withdrawing.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iwdet platform—

• Opening more than one account or sharing an account
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage
• Using bots or any software tools to play
• Playing with the intent to use the platform for money laundering
• Intentionally exploiting technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or verbally abusing any person

If a breach of these rules is found, iwdet may close the account and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice.

iwdet values responsible gaming. Every player must be able to manage their own play and understand that gaming is entertainment, not a source of income.

9.1 Service Restrictions

iwdet reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for technical maintenance, audits, or reasons beyond iwdet's control, and iwdet cannot be held responsible for any winnings lost during such a suspension.

9.2 Right to Close an Account

A player may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn after all wagering requirements have been met.

iwdet reserves the right to close accounts that have violated the terms after giving notice.
